Eligibility:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and stitched/customized orders are non-refundable.
Process:

• Once your return is approved, ship the item back to our provided address.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchange:
• We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
• Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
Zavias reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
